POSITION : SALES COORDINATOR


RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle order processing and logistics arrangement
Provide sales administration support to Sales Team
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
Execute ad-hoc jobs as assigned

REQUIREMENTS 
Diploma or above
At least 2 years in sales administration/sales support
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English 
Good interpersonal and customer services skills
Well organized and willing to learn
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Proficiency in MS Office applications include Chinese input
Immediate availability will be an advantage
Fresh graduate will be also considered

 


POSITION : SALES ENGINEER / SALES EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain relationship with new & existing customers
Explore new prospective business opportunities
Liaise with customers and vendors for technical issues
Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
Manage and provide direct support to Sales team
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigne

REQUIREMENTS 
Diploma holder or above   
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Experience in E&M field would be advantage
Self-initiated, highly motivated with strong ability to learn and job execution
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Proficient in spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Trainee 
Fresh Graduates are Welcomed

 


POSITION : TEMPORARY CLERK ( 2 - MONTH)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Input of data to computer system, double checking of input data
Ensure the accuracy of the data input and comply with the operation guideline

REQUIREMENTS 
F.5 or above with min.2 years clerical working experience
Sensitive to numbers
Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS applications, especially in Excel functions/formulas
Fast and accurate number typing skill and complete within the required time frame
Attention to detail, patient and strong sense of responsibility
Immediate available is preferred
